Daulatabad fort

While we travelling to Ellora caves on the way we saw one tower like Qutub minor and fort like structure and I asked my husband what is this ?..by getting near to this place there were lot of tourist vehicles then we stopped here and google it about then we came to know it is one major historical attraction in the region then we get off and enjoyed the spot. It is located at a distance of 16kms from Aurangabad. The place which was known as devagiri.you can find this name in our school history book, yes Mohammad bin Tughluq the sultan of Delhi named daulatabad.it is located in a top of conical hill.it is such a big fort and place on top and you have to climb up more steps to reach the fort. You can see a spectacular view of surroundings.in this fort you can see lots of defense structures Chand minor or the moon tower, baradari, cannons, elephant tank. Shopping in this place is not ad visible because quality is not that much satisfied. If you want to take some memorable things from this place means you can buy show case purpose.

The nearest attractions of Daulatabad fort are water park,

Tomb of Aurangzeb, Ellora caves, gogga baba hills. We don’t have time to visit these places if anybody went means share your experience with me. then we started to Ellora caves. will say about this beautiful Ellora cave in next episode.
