RAJASTHAN DIARIES
Rajasthan " The Land of kings" ,In history India used the phrase " Rajpoot(raj puts) prince rather than Indian prince. In India lots of forts are placed in Rajasthan and it is world famous too while Jaipur is called as pink city due to dominants color scheme of its buildings. In olden days mostly the buildings were colored in pink stones decorated with beautiful backdrop the pink city successfully manage their old charm, Udaipur ' the lake city' it is surrounded by Aravalli range where it has sophisticated 7 lakes system, Jaisalmer ' the Thar desert', Jodhpur 'blue city' and Pushkar famous for camel races are some of the most trending cities .

Rajasthani cuisines
Rajasthan is famous for traditional way of cooking , of course it tastes out of the world they cook using lots of ghee, butter in their daily foods. Some of the famous traditional food items are dal bhatti, kachori, Mirchi vada, mawa lassi from Jodhpur, rasgulla from Bikaner and my favorite kaju katli, rabri , of course how can I forgot about Rajasthan thali with lots of varieties. People in Rajasthan ( rajasthani) mostly as ' marwari' Marwari bhojnalaya is popular name for completely pure vegetarian. Even my landlord's one of the condition is not to make non veg in his home which I tenant but in rajputs menu includes the famous red meat curry( laal maas) ,safed maas ( white meat curry). Don't miss to try the rajasthan thali while you were plan to go.
Best time to visit
Best time to visit Rajasthan is during winter from October to March where December and January are more busiest month where you can't believe it will go by zero degree Celsius too and from April to July it goes 50 degree Celsius so prefer to visit in winter February and March will be moderate cold and enjoyable climate too.
